WELCOME RECEPTION — London’s Westminster — Monday June 12th
6.30 to 8.30pm
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is hosting an exclusive Welcome Reception at a landmark London location for IFTC 2006 delegates on the evening prior to the conference.
Delegates are invited to socialise and network in the sumptuous surroundings of the magnificent Locarno Room at the Foreign and Commonwealth Offices in King Charles Street, Westminster on the evening of Monday June 12th, 2006.
Drinks and canapés will be served between 6.30pm and 8.30pm and delegates wishing to attend are asked to book well in advance.
The reception is included as part of the IFTC Conference Delegate Package but delegates must book as places are limited. A booking form is included in this covering letter.
NB: For security reasons, delegates must book in advance. Bookings cannot be taken on the day.

GALA DINNER — Canary Wharf — Tuesday June 13th - 6.00pm to 11.00pm
The IFTC is hosting a lavish Gala Dinner on the first night of the Conference in London’s fashionable Canary Wharf, an area which is fast becoming the new finance centre of the City.
In the spectacular East Wintergardens, with its wonderful views and huge glass atrium, delegates will be treated to an evening of fine dining and entertainment, as well as having more opportunities to network.
Coach transport will be provided from the Conference hotel to Canary Wharf. The dinner is included in the IFTC Conference Delegate Package but, again, delegates need to book in advance. A booking form is included in this covering letter.
