However we are working with the venues to see if we can extend the numbers of delegates.

If you to wish to be eligible for one of these possible extended places at IFTC06 please register your details on the Registration page and make payment on the HSBC secure server.

This will guarantee that you will be in line for any places which do become available.

If for any reason we are unable to allocate you a place you will be automatically credited your delegate fee.

We apologise in advance if we are unable to give you a place.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL

For all your accommodation and travel needs please contact our appointed travel agent - Ian Allan Event Management, a division of Ian Allan Travel.

The agency currently holds an allocation of rooms at a number of hotels located near to the conference for the period Sunday 11th June to Thursday 15th June (with the exception of Radisson Edwardian Marlborough for which rooms are only available up to and including the night of 13th June).

However, Ian Allan Event Management will only be able to hold these allocations until 11th May, after which rooms (and rates) will be on a 'subject to availability' basis.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Once you have made your booking with the agency your accommodation will be confirmed at the hotel of your choice.

In the event your selected hotel is unavailable, an alternative will be offered to you before the booking is confirmed.

Your debit or credit card details will be provided to the hotel in order to guarantee your reservation.

Should you subsequently cancel or change your reservation directly with the hotel, please ensure you are provided with a reference number/name by the hotel.

A confirmation voucher will be issued by Ian Allan Event Management and forwarded to you, which should then be presented at the hotel upon check-in.

PAYMENT OF YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Please settle your account directly with the hotel on check-out.
